The new employee will have the ambitious goal of developing sales strategy (territory of Latvia), as well as developing sales according to the agreed sales plan.

Functions:
planning commercial activities on assigned territory;
working with decision makers and key clients;
managing territory in accordance with the developed strategy;
building long-term partnership with target audience;
achieving sales plans on the territory;
conducting promotional activities on the territory;
analyzing competitive environment;
creating, maintaining and expanding customer base;
preparing reports according to established standards;
cooperating with opinion leaders.
Important - business trips (up to 30% of the working time, within the country)
Candidate profile:
higher medical or pharmaceutical education - mandatory;
sales experience (pharmaceutical industry) – up to 3 years;
knowledge and skills of sales (sales techniques) and conducting complex negotiations, well-developed presentation skills;
analytical mind - ability to analyze large amount of information;
ability to plan and organize work effectively;
goal-oriented, proactive, ability to set goals and achieve them, responsibility for completing tasks, ability to work in a team, well-developed leadership qualities;
knowledge of English at a medium level – will be as advantage;
driving record, driving license (category B).
