Описание
Ready 40 kW modular boiler house in an ISO container – designed for fast installation and immediate operation. Suitable for heating buildings, construction sites, workshops, warehouses, temporary facilities, and emergency or backup heating applications.
The module is built on an ISO shipping container base (approx. 2.4 × 6.1 × 2.55 m, weight approx. 4700 kg). Power supply: 3N+PE 230/400 V, 50 Hz (~5 kW). The boiler house complies with CE requirements and has undergone conformity assessment by TÜV NORD.
The boiler house module is equipped with:
* DEFRO pellet boiler with automated fuel feeding (40 kW)
* Domestic hot water tank by Kospel (approx. 140 L)
* Hot water buffer tank by DEFRO (approx. 800 L)
* Expansion vessel for the heating system
* Circulation pumps
* Control and automation system with electrical distribution cabinet
* Natural ventilation and flue gas exhaust system
* Gas fire suppression system for additional safety
The current system configuration allows an increase in boiler capacity.
